Shipping: Please allow 1-7 days for your order to be shipped after purchasing.

International Orders: International orders may be subject to additional costs, which is out of our control. International orders will take longer than domestic orders.

Refunds and Returns: We do not accept any refunds or returns.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. When purchasing, the buyer accepts full responsibility and all risk of loss. Please contact USPS or your local post carrier with any concerns. 

Incorrect Addresses: Lost Cosmos is not responsible for incorrect addresses. If the buyer's package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is fully responsible for the cost of the package to be reshipped.
